REGION 40, LIBERTARIAN PARTY NEWSLETTER, SEPT 98

Dear Fellow Freedom Lovers:

One: Our last meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 1998 was very exciting and well attended. Our guest speaker, Hank Alberts (President, local ALCU) gave a great speech and we had a lively debate. Gail Lightfoot gave a report on the national convention and Gary Kirkland, me, gave a report on the March for Liberty.

Two: Meeting Dates. Our next supper meeting will be on Wednesday, September 09, 1998, at 7:00 P.M., Linn's, Marsh and Chorro, San Luis Obispo, at 7:00 P.M. We will have a surprise speaker.

Three: We will have our business meeting on Wednesday, September 09, 1998, at Linns, Marsh and Chorro, San Luis Obispo, at 6:00 P.M. All are welcome.

Four: I have copies of literature from the ACLU describing what they believe and their position on Affirmative Action. Please contact me if you wish to have copies.
